1. Introduction

Welcome to VICCEN BOOKKEEPING SERVICES CO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services provided by VICCEN BOOKKEEPING SERVICES CO. ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. You must not use our services if you disagree with any part of these Terms.

 

2. Services Provided

We provide professional bookkeeping services, including but not limited to, financial record keeping, tax preparation, payroll services, and financial reporting. The scope of services will be detailed in the service agreement signed at the commencement of our engagement.

 

3. Appointments

a. Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. You must provide accurate information when booking an appointment.

b. Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

c. Missed Appointments: We reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee of $50 if you miss an appointment without providing the required notice.

 

4. Fees and Payment

a. Service Fees: Fees for now show or late rescheduling, or cancellations will be $50.00.

b. Payment Terms: Payment in full is due upon scheduling. Services will not be rendered without payment.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your financial information. All client information will be handled following our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

a. No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

b. Limitation: In no event shall VICCEN BOOKKEEPING SERVICES CO.  be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VICCEN BOOKKEEPING SERVICES CO., its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your agreement to the updated Terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
